Willis Engineering, Inc. provides structural observations for new residential structures for the purposes of value engineering, risk management, production of as-built drawings, and ensuring that construction is proceeding as planned. We also provide observation services for existing residential structures for renovation projects. Our observations always include detailed notes and photographs, followed by the completion of any required structural evaluation and analysis, and finishing with written reports and / or construction documents.
